Poor Service Experience – Disappointed but Treated Kindly by Staff We took our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica to White’s Auto Mall in Hopkinsville, KY, for service due to several issues: the A/C was not working, the transmission was jerking, and the vehicle was losing power while driving. I love this dealership! I tried going to another dealership and after test driving they told me that the vehicle was sold. I saw a vehicle online exactly the same as the one I test drove at White Auto Mall jeep and I put in a request for this one after hours. The next morning sales person Theron reached out to me and guided me through the process and then handed me over to Mr Jeff which is the manager of finance. This dealership is a saving grace in my time of need. They were extremely helpful and exactly the right amount of empathic and professional at the same time. The sales manager Jeff and also the Service advisor Scott were both amazing people and the helped me a lot. Even though I’m from out of town they treated me like I was one of their own.
