Don’t move here. The breezeways are disgusting and have not been power washed in at least a year despite complaints from residents and even complaining to the company that owns the property. Constantly gross stains, food spills, throw up, trash throughout the breezeways. Dog poop all over the place that residents rudely don’t pick up. Very dirty.
RecommendedDon’t move here if you are a college student! Computers in clubhouse never work. The only downfall is you will never be able to reach someone in the office during business hours. No matter the day or time you call, no one will answer the phone. Very frustrating for residents! If you work during their hours and aren’t able to personally go in, you are out of luck.
Moved here about 3 weeks ago and we absolutely love it. The staff is very great, everyone is so nice. I would highly recommend.
We moved here last month and the move in was super smooth! It’s like living a resort! Angelina really sold us the property, she was so knowledgeable and friendly. I recently broke my ankle, and maintenance came right away to install the hand held shower head we bought. So that it would make it easier for me to shower. I can’t say enough good things about this complex!
Horrible experience I will share my experience with all my friends and family. Disappointed
Thank you Vanessa for coming out at 7 AM on Saturday to clean out the pool and pick up the trash and cigarette butts on the pool deck. My wife and I appreciate your hard work. I would hate to think what the pool area would look like without your hard work. Thank you.
From start to finish it was a pleasure working with the staff at White Palm. Phil was with me throughout the entire process and assisted me with professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. White Palm was my first stop on a long list of apartment shopping but after meeting with Phil I chose White Palm without even looking anywhere else.
