I have been dealing with Whiteoak Ford for 30 years. I have a 2017 Ford Escape that they have kept so well it hasn't had a problem. I have 188,000 km. It is still running well. My previous Ford Escape lasted 10 years with very few issues. The people who work there are the reason I keep going back. They are always pleasant and helpful.
