I’m very disappointed with the service department at White Oak Ford. Despite booking my service appointment well in advance, I still had to wait the entire day to get my vehicle back. The scheduling and time management are extremely poor — it defeats the purpose of making an appointment when the wait time is that long. I sent a message from Auto Trader about a vehicle two months ago, and they've BOMBARDED me with phone calls and emails ever since, even after unsubscribing to emails and asking TWICE to be taken off their calls list. And guess what, I just received yet another call. Can't speak for their cars, but I urge anyone reading this to be sure not to send them a message on Auto Trader.
