If there were 0 stars this is what this so called business would receive. Whitemarsh is nicknamed Whitetrash for good reasons. Money hungry, unprofessional, shady character Dennis and the whole company is. If you want to get ripped off, screwed over and taken advantage of go with them

Mr. Whitemarsh is the type of guy that has NO guilt, and will look you in the eye, and LIE for purposes of personal financial gain. He has several names, R. Dennis Whitemarsh, if you renting, and Raymond D. Whitemarsh if your buying. He is known as "WhiteTrash Properties" since he will not fix things on rentals. He hires two alcoholics, one named Tom Gruber, who not only harasses the tenants, but is paid $30/week CASH, and given a room at 19 So. This so called man is a horrible person. denis whitemarsh is the biggest jerk i know. My husband and i never once complained bout furnance.not working door not shutting stove broke refridgerator broke breaker popping n not being able to change it and we paid rent all of it every month and utilities and paid him 240 when he said we didnt n we lost reciept. but i had finally had enough when we didnt owe him anything he told the landlord of my dream house that we owed him 575 i then got denied naturally i called him to see how ... read more
