Kris Burdette is absolutely phenomenal. She will fight hard for you and your family. She puts her foot down and is not afraid to tell it like it is. Kris Burdette is the best in West Virginia. If you’re lucky enough to have her on your side then you’ve already won. I’ve never had a better attorney ! Don’t like her petite statue fool you . There’s not another attorney more fierce than her.
I called this law firm looking for someone to hire to represent a family member. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude and condescending. She also told me in her condescending tone that my husband would be appointed a defense attorney at court. What the hell!? I guess they just don’t want business or she just rudely assumed I couldn’t afford them after 2 minutes of talking to her. Without asking for any information at all! None.
