Kris Burdette is the best in West Virginia. If you’re lucky enough to have her on your side then you’ve already won. I’ve never had a better attorney ! Don’t like her petite statue fool you . There’s not another attorney more fierce than her.
I called this law firm looking for someone to hire to represent a family member. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude and condescending. She also told me in her condescending tone that my husband would be appointed a defense attorney at court. What the hell!? I guess they just don’t want business or she just rudely assumed I couldn’t afford them after 2 minutes of talking to her. Without asking for any information at all! None.
