If you want a doctor who cares about your well-being stay far away from the walk in clinic. After waiting over 72 hours for my lab results, I was given a phone call by the receptionist saying it was negative and a, welp, see you later then attitude. I had to say, listen, I am still sick and still have symptoms what is the next step? I still have a swollen throat, temperature and bloodshot eyes. I have a history of serious illness and I really needed a dr who would actually listen to me and not treat me like I am clueless. Dr. Thorn might be the best dr I've ever had, and that's really saying something because I've had many, many doctors. He was recommended to me by my oncologist, and for good reason. He is kind, explains things very well, and always takes into account what I have tried. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

This doctor is preoccupied with other matters. He doesn't pay attention to what you say and is not thorough in his examination and the whole interview process. Diagnosis and treament is inadequate, below the expected standard. I would never visit him again. I was very disappointed.

In person, these guys were great. Friendly and knowledgeable. It's when you leave that you disappear from the radar screen. Calls go straight to voicemail and are not returned. Paperwork for insurance is not completed. Definite mixed emotions about this practice.

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them
