I was injured in a fall last summer and nothing was helping my back and left SI joint. I was referred to Dr. Walker and am so thankful. I have been in therapy with the office for almost 6 months and it has been an amazing experience. I have improved tremendously and am better every day since I started going to Dr. Walker. This is a horrible place and run like a locker room. Your 'treatment' is given out in an open area with no privacy and other patients/their family members are allowed to constantly walk around visiting, etc., instead of leaving. The staff who treat you have a high-turnover (bad sign). Front office is worse. Leslie has actually moaned after I told her my name and asked for appointment time, she is also too quick to pass your phone call onto others instead of seeing if she could help you. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? No, they are always spot-on Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
