Whitehouse Electrolysis is the best place to go for electrolysis. Paula is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. She's gentle and will ask how you're doing and make you comfortable. A week ago, I asked for the numbing cream, i usually dont need it, but it really makes the electrolysis on the face easier. I only go once or twice a year now because of how the hair growth has stopped!

Paula was my first electrologist I ever saw a few years ago... and she was very nice, we had a pleasant conversation. But the actual electrolysis session we had gave me a crazy infection on my upper lip and my fingers. I was given a numbing cream to apply on (by myself by the way) and then she started. I think part of the reason I was infected was due to being told to put on the numbing cream on myself and my hands were not sterile. She never sprayed an antiseptic on my hands or anything. Paula is seriously the best! I have PCOS and she’s been doing electrolysis on my face. She does a great job and is always flexible with my schedule. Highly recommend.

I have used Paula at Whitehouse Electrolysis at least twice per month over the past six months and been extremely pleased with the service she provides. I've never had any of the trivial issues mentioned by Bee Sun in the previous review, and apparently neither has anyone else as evidenced by nothing but 5-Star reviews. Some people are just malcontents. Go ahead and try someone else. That leaves more appointment timeslots for the rest of us.
