The nurse gave me wrong strength (gave me 5mg instead of 1mg) of medication and still lied to my face when I confronted them. The nurse manager Simone Schaefer was impatient and arrogant. She tried to convince me that the medication they gave me were correct by telling me two strengths are from the same company, therefore they look the same. Called the company, the company does not make 1mg at all. Very unprofessional and neglect the health of my dog. Will not come back again.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE I took my dog Alice to Whitehorse Vet TWICE in one week because she was unwell. We did blood tests and everything, but they barely examined her and told us it was just allergies and pancreatitis.She has cancer before and we kept telling them if it’s cancer again.
