Unbelievable level of care and compassion from Dr Ry and Imogen today. Genuinely cried a torrent of tears of relief from how non-judgemental, kind and gentle they were. I have finally taken steps to resolving a problem tooth that has been disintegrating over the last 15 years that I have been too scared to deal with. I recently saw Dr Ryoma for two wisdom teeth extractions and I can't recommend him enough. I normally don't cope very well with injections and I was very nervous coming into the appointment but he and the nurse Emily really put my mind at ease. They were kind and understanding and talked me through the whole process before they even leaned me back in the chair. In the end it was a surprisingly pleasant experience so thank you to Ryoma and his team.

I've seen ALL the dentist at Whitehorse Smile Care over my time there as a patient and all are gentle, informative and true professionals. It's a positive dental experience everytime. The clinic has a very friendly and comfortable feel, which is always an important thing when seeing a dentist. From the nurses, dentists and front desk, all make you feel welcome and help calm any nerves. Couldn't recommend the clinic more...I've sent most family and friends there already

I have been going to Whitehorse Smile Care Dental Clinic for many many years. So many people have a fear of going to the dentist but I can assure you that Dr Phil, Dr Thusheka, the dental nurses & office manager Shirley will make your visit a stress free & calming experience. I see both Dr Phil & Dr Thusheka and every visit is an easy process. They explain in layman terms what will be happening before they start, ask during the procedure if everything is ok & always have time for questions at the end. I would highly recommen... read more

Dentist visits aren't exactly my favorite, but when I had a painful toothache at the back, Dr. Rai recommended its removal and explained why. I trusted his judgment and scheduled the procedure. Despite my anxiety beforehand, Dr. Rai and his team were reassuring and supportive. Although there was some initial discomfort, the process was surprisingly smooth, and the cost for the X-ray and surgery was reasonable.
