Ive been in to see Dr Thusheka after a long period of not going to the dentist. She was very kind and understanding and walked me though everything I needed to know/do going forward without the goals being unrealistic. The Dental Nurses on staff are super helpful and make the whole experience much more comfortable. Shirley at the front desk is also a delight and super proactive when she sees an opportunity to help. I have been a patient of Dr. Phil for a few years but a patient at the clinic for many more. It wasn't until I started as a patient of Dr. Phil's that I stopped fearing the dentist. I can honestly say that I have experienced no pain throughout all procedures undertaken. Phil is a thoughtful communicator and rational dentist. Folks of all ages benefit from the way explains and reasons issues when they arise. The whole team is thoughtful and exactly what you want in a local dentist.
We had a great experience for my daughter’s first dentist visit. From the front of house to the appointment everyone was so professional and friendly. It was all very family friendly. Easy booking system and reminder messages. Thanks to Shirley, Dr. Nidhi and Sydney! Would highly recommend. We will be back!
