Had my first visit today and Dr. Bartelen was great! Super knowledgeable and diligent, pleasant, and patient. Reasonable pricing in the case you don’t have insurance coverage. I am really glad I landed at this clinic for my first optometry appointment in Whitehorse, will definitely keep coming back.
After going to four different optometrists to find out why I was experiencing pain in my right eye the last year and a half, Dr. Bartelen is the only one who has been able to diagnose me. So grateful I found him. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. 100% recommend.
Not really helpful when they don’t answer the phone at all to answer an urgent question, I have been calling for a week throughout the days. What’s the purpose of having a phone number if you’re not going to answer?
100% best optometrist I’ve seen in 20 years! Dr. Bartelen is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I be seen him multiple times for my eyes and contacts and taken both my 1 year old and 3 year old and he was great with the kids!
