I went to this shop last weekend to order a blue bouquet and clearly told the staff that I would pick it up at 9am today. I even paid a deposit and gave the staff a photo reference, which they recorded at the time. I was very disappointed a few weeks ago. I went to buy a bunch of flowers that were already displayed and priced. After waiting for about 5 minutes I asked the lady if I can pay for it but she said I had to wait. She was about quarter of the way making a flower bouquet for another customer and by my assumption she would have taken at least another 15 minutes to finish it.
