Flowers were lovely. Bit disappointed that being a local florist near the Box Hill Hospital and presume they get delivery orders frequently to the hospital, that they may have realised that my order was going to ward 4.1 which is the cancer ward and let me know before an expensive purchase that NO flowers allowed. Honesty goes a long way in a reputation...
