Went in last Friday for urgent tooth pain and had a really good experience. I originally booked with Melissa for another day, but when the pain got worse I came in earlier. Even though she wasn’t on that day, she called to check in and spoke with Patty later, which I really appreciated. I am quite pain sensitive, but Patty and Ash were both great, treated my gum infection and managed my tooth pain very professional which made me feel comfortable the whole time. I had a great experience at this dental clinic. Melissa helped me with two fillings, and one of the cavities was quite large and complicated to treat. She was extremely patient, gentle, and professional throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What I appreciated most was that she didn’t just focus on the tooth I initially came in for — she carefully checked my entire mouth and explained how I could better deal with the issue of bacteria getting trapped between my teeth, which was very helpful and reassuring... read more
