I had a great experience at Whitehorse Dental with Dr. Robb. Front desk team was polite and friendly. The dentist has exceptional bedside manner and is incredibly gentle, which instantly put me at ease. The practice goes above and beyond for patient comfort—they even let you pick your own music and Netflix show to watch while you are being worked on! I had not been to a dentist for more than a year, I was long over due. The last dentist office I had been to was very impersonal, it was a production line. I did not want that at all in a dentist. I was finally forced to find a new dentist as a molar with a large filling already in it, cracked. I was lucky enough to find 'Whitehorse Dental' only a few miles from my home. Dr. Rob was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me step by step. I have a long history of spinal disease and I have to say that his dental chair was by far the most comfortable chair I have had the pleasure of sitting in. Thank you, Dr. Rob!
Doctor Ruiz was excellent, the office was beautiful and clean. He was very knowledgeable, and compassionate! He listens and doesn’t rush you out the door. I was an emergency patient and he accommodated me in QUICKLY. Thank you!!
