Marti Brown is a terrific property manager. She holds all residents accountable for following the leasing agreement. The landscaping is done nicely & the grounds are always clean. She is strict but very fair. She is definitely a keeper!
The manager Marty, is wonderful! I know many of the people here as it is a small town, and I am enjoying living here very much even though it's been 5 days.!
