Despite contacting them multiple times and being told that my taxes were under review, I ultimately had to hire another cpa to complete my taxes. They then tried to bill me for completing my taxes.
My small company was with WTD for a # of years and I had good accounting/ CPA/ results! Best I ever had in 30+ years! Personal dependable/ trustworthy/ good results! In 2023, with the sudden passing of the my Cpa, and other staffing shortages there was a huge void! For over 3 to 5 months little to no communication!
