Left hand doesn’t often know what the right hand is doing. I asked them to check the salt in the water conditioner and add as needed. I was told by Aaron there would be a service charge plus the cost of the salt. 14 months later, the tenants move out and no salt was ever added and it ruined my carbon filter, which including the service charge will cost me 950.00 to remedy.
