This company installed an ice maker for us about 18 months ago. Juan did an outstanding job in our initial interaction with this company. Fast forward 6 months later to service the machine. A different guy shows up. He’s late, stepped out several times to take personal calls on our porch, grabbed a coffee cup from a rack to scoop out ice instead of just asking us for something to use. I lost a weeks worth of business because one of their employees did not diagnose correctly come to find out it was his fault and the owner Jared didn't even try to compensate myself more or less told me who cares.
