I'm gonna start off with the maintenance people are very nice shout out to Shannon. The actual leasing office people are actually brain dead whenever I've tried to call with a issue or question regarding there property I've never gotten help in any way. They respond with “I'm not sure” and that's it no further help. You can at least try to find someone else who works there to help. Gold Zone buying this complex is the worst thing to ever happen to it. Maintenance requests go months without being addressed, rent is skyrocketing and the units are dumps. LIVE ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
worst maintenance and every apartment smells very bad. every unit is very very old and can not hold the roofs. if it rains major leaks to the bedrooms I saw the same thing in 5 to 6 units of my friends.
