I couldn¿t be happier with our family¿s decision to move our father to Whitehall Manor. The Admissions department was so helpful in making sure he was placed in the right unit to receive the right amount of care needed, and the staff has been very accommodating to his special circumstances.
Whitehall Manor made it such an easy transition for my father. Facility is very clean.
The facility is beautiful. Very clean and well kept. Housekeeping cleans the rooms every day and the carpets are shampooed often.
The secured dementia unit is very welcoming and does not feel restraining whatsoever. Very open, bright, and roomy. Out of all the assisted living facilities my father and I toured (5), Whitehall Manor was my father's favorite.
The facility is very clean and has a cozy feel to it.
It¿s such a great feeling to know that there¿s 24 hour care. I know my mother is well taken care of at Whitehall Manor.

When my family first moved her into the facility, I felt like my relationship with her was diminishing. The Admissions department is very welcoming and was very good at helping my mother with the transition to move here. They made it a point to introduce my mother to the other residents and show her all the activities that take place at the facility every day.
Staff is very friendly and professional.
