Whitehall is a building that doesn’t live up to its Ocean front location. The building is outdated, the only concierge quality about this building is the placate that says concierge. The building doesn’t offer any amenities. Yes there is a pool which is often closed due to malfunctions, a hot tub that is in service roughly 2 months a year. The AC system is outdated and for days you can be without AC. Elevators are constantly out of service. Whitehall has a beautiful, sweeping deck with a saltwater pool, spa and a huge expanse of beach set up with chaises and umbrellas for the Homeowners. A barbecue area, social room, card room, library, multiple seating areas and lobby level gym add to the enjoyment. A front desk manned around the clock with 24 hour security. I never tire of sitting on my balcony watching the waves and enjoying the sea air. Whitehall is a vacation home for me. I always look forward to returning and always miss it when I am gone.
