unprofessional and incompetent! Dropped attic insulation all over, picked it up, carried it downstairs, past the kitchen and laundry room garbage cans, took it outside and dumped it in the grass next to his truck!

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I try to get the insulation that drops down, which i put a drop cloth down, to the exterior. Trying to minimize the mess in the home. If you have a better suggestion as to where I can put the insulation that falls down as I try to enter the attic space, I would appreciate your feedback. Thannk you! My intent is to try and be as professional as possible.
Jim is very informative. He explained all the things that he would be looking at during the inspection. He pointed out any major concerns and by the end of that day, we had a detailed description with several pictures of all the aspects he reviewed during the inspection. This man sat in my driveway for over 5 minutes, after we came home. He had been doing an inspection for a buyer. Both the buyer and realtor were no longer there. We are the sellers, and I guess the idea was to intimidate us. He did not greet us in anyway. Just sat in his dark tinted window truck, while I stood on my porch waiting for him to leave. I apologize for not saying hello. I was finishing up the report in your driveway. The inspection took longer than normal and I didn't want to intrude any longer. You drove in minutes after the buyer and realtor left, I thought you were anxious to get back into your home. No excuses, I should have said hello. I did leave a business card, I wish you would have called me instead of posting a negative review without speaking to me first. But I understand your view and do apologize.
