I returned a nox sensor to this Kenworth dealer just one week after purchase. Instead of processing the return properly, they quietly sold me another one for $759 (before tax). Four months later, after I personally came back to ask about the refund, they told me it was not their fault and refused to take responsibility. Be careful with this dealer — you may end up paying twice and waiting months with no resolution. Very unprofessional and dishonest service.
Friendly and informative
I Brought my truck thier to get a water pump replacement. They overcharged on pump normally 350 to 500 dollar pump. Had them also check my ac they told me it was low on freon and no leaks on system. They Said they refilled it and started my trucks ac. Ac went to knocking and told me thats why my ac doesn't work. And insisted i get it replaced thier as well. What a great place. Bought my 2023 T680 from them. Runs great, and I feel I paid a fair price. Service and parts have been equally helpful. Parts have arrived quickly and service/maintenance was done carefully and with logic.
