Had an amazing experience today 11/12/25. Truck in D-rate, 1 hour away, I called spoke with an amazing service member Stacey. She started our write up immediately. By the time we rolled in within just a short time she had a tech on our unit and within a few hours we were all fixed up and back rolling. Great job Whiteford Kenworth with this hire, she was pleasant to deal with, efficient and accurate on time frame can’t ask for better service in the trucking industry. Don’t even waste your breath because they don’t listen!! I have asked at least a handful of times to turn off my adaptive cruise control because when I am loaded, it is not safe!!! They say it’s Kenworth, but won’t show me where it says that. Now I’m putting it in writing, IF I WRECK BECAUSE OF ADAPTED CRUISE CONTROL, I WILL HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT ME, DEBRAH HARBAUGH!!! 10/13/2025
