Recommended...one of the most amazingly beautiful places on the planet in Fall...
RecommendedI have loved this park for years BUT it is filled with poison ivy ..especially even in front of the restroom by Mount Baldy and all trails & beach but no signs at all warning tourists
Tr he hiking was a short wonderful trip, to go to Old Baldy was great. The second half of the hike was the best.
It was a beautiful and serene place to visit, the trails were easy to follow and enjoyed walking in peace. Just stop at one of the benches and just listen to the forest and how quiet it is. We also went during the week and during fall so that could have played into why it was very quiet.
Always such a tranquil beautiful place. Only downfall is the number of photo shoots being done there. Sometimes makes enjoying the nature a bit difficult
