We come here every year for Christmas Eve. Not sure what happened last night, but everything was way off! Our server was fantastic though!
Food was ok, but not what I had been led to expect.
Had a sumptuous and delish breakfast this morning with my hubby. We shared an order of Eggs Benedict with baby roasted potatoes on the side which was seasoned to perfection with just the right amount of fresh rosemary and thyme. Our Grand Marnier French Toast with maple syrup, whipped cream and berries just tasted so heavenly! Thank you Jao, Jae and Josh! Dinner was back at the White Bark with my hubby, daughter and her friends. I ordered tuna tataki and sushi which was just outstanding! Thank you Bea!
I can't write enough good about Whitebark.... I'm comparing my experience with a recent visit to the Marriott Resort in Lake Arrowhead at twice the price.... Here at Whitebark, the food is well presented and prepared fresh! Looks like a true Chef is in charge. The happy hour evenings Sun- Thursday provide exceptional VALUE for money!!!... An example- My lamb chops were $10!!... For 5!!!... Other places I'd pay $25-30 for that...and the taste was great! Well done Westin!!!!!
