I witnessed something today that I would never have believed. My father, who is 92 years young, had an appt with Dr. Vigo at 10:45 which we made at his last appt 3 months prior. Upon check in the receptionist informs me that he doesn't have an appt but that they had just gotten a new computer system and lost a lot of appts but Dr. Vigo doesn't have an opening until November. To which I replied that was not acceptable as he had his blood work done and she went to talk to her supervisor and yet again said they couldn't see him... read more

This is my complaint about White Wilson. My mother is an 88 year old woman living in Fort Walton Beach and has been under the care of White Wilson for about 17 years. She has not been in the best of health for the past 5 months, in and out of Fort Walton Beach Hospital, rehabilitation facilities like Select Specialty and NWF. She was an 88 yr old that has her own apartment took care of her groceries, road the bus, and did laundry of her own. The time started in March my sister took her in she had congested heart failure, the... read more

RecommendedI went in feeling miserable they helped me feel like a human again and I appreciate it. I would recommend them. yes wearing the mask and having to wait outside was annoying but it's for everyone's safety. thanks white wilson for everything
