It is a one star because this place has no system . You will be on hold all day if you try to reach out to your doc.(the doc told me to leave a message ) . I left 5 messages to nurse ,to reception .i waited on the phone at least 1hour 30 minutes and 6 days passed . guess what???nobody get back at me .I am writing this rewiev while on the phone for the 6 th time trying to reach them . My other kid goes pensacola pediatrics they get back at you asap .i am moving my older kid there too . I am so done with this place .
Dr. Barnes was very nice and thorough in doing my annual wellness exam. He answered all of my questions completely and offered extra information when available. The staff was polite and provided all necessary referrals and instructions.
NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE
No one but the nurse advice line (who was fantastic and super helpful) picks up the phone. You spend more time waiting on hold or sitting in the waiting room past your appointment time than the provider actually spends with you. You can't get them to call you back when theyre supposed to. Check in takes 20 minutes just to get up to the desk. When you finally get care, it's hardly helpful.
