The doctors here are simply bad at communicating and some of the office staff is nice, but not really helpful. My appointment was canceled and the office told me to request a refill instead of scheduling another appointment. Almost a week later and I’m out of the medication I rely on to do my job. I’ve never had a doctor’s office let me run out like this, leaving me hanging for days
Clarissa gave my nephew his 4 yr shots and she was the best EVER. She’s very good at her job and engaged with him so well, he didn’t even cry. That woman needs a raise. Everyone is always kind and we love Doctor Simmers, and every nurse since his birth, but Clarissa is very good at her job.
Clarissa was an amazing nurse! I’ve never had her before, but she’s was so great! My son loved her sooooo much! She’s amazing with kids!
My daughter came here in 2023 to Ronald barns to help with her joint pain & jaw pain. and figure out what was wrong he did a few test but basically told her that everyone has joint pains and she’s young. He showed her how his thumb does this weird thing and basically dismissing her symptoms as something that everyone can have it’s normal. It is a one star because this place has no system . You will be on hold all day if you try to reach out to your doc.(the doc told me to leave a message ) . I left 5 messages to nurse ,to reception .i waited on the phone at least 1hour 30 minutes and 6 days passed . guess what???nobody get back at me .I am writing this rewiev while on the phone for the 6 th time trying to reach them . My other kid goes pensacola pediatrics they get back at you asap .i am moving my older kid there too . I am so done with this place .
