brittney mosely is amazing.. the receptionist however are a whole different story or the front office team all together.. no one ever answers the phone calls back two weeks later.. leave a message to call no one answers imagine that.. tell us to use the online portal no response from that either.. then i call today since 1030 answers call hangs up.. like wow.. im about to change my diabetic aunt who is on oxegyn and who is 72 year old dr.. beacuse of the staff in the office.. sad you can not do YOUR job to sit in a chair and... read more
There's a reason this place has only 2 star ratings. Doctor refuses to prescribe hygiene needs or any extra ointments like its going to cost him money but has no problem taking the money for visits where you don't even get your problems addressed. If a parent tells you they rant something that's medically COVERED by insurance and they have the need for it WHY in the world does it hurt you to do so YOU'RE NOT PAYING FOR IT... MY INSURANCE PAYS FOR IT. DO BETTER
Dr Howerton is an excellent and caring Dr. The front staff is also exceptional. I have never had a lengthy wait, appointments are always easy to make. I would suggest this facility for anyone looking for any medical needs.
Dr V is awesome other than that not much else to say about the other staff most seem to be on the rude end.
Sadly, today I had to leave a bad review. The nurse that I got to draw my blood was so unorganized. She poked me and went through my vein, making my vein raise up. She continued moving around the needle because “she lost it”. Then, she attempts my other arm, goes in quickly and sadly the needle “was malfunctioning” there was blood coming out of the tube.
