Im not sure what everyone is complaining about. Compared to everything other Medical office in town this is the best I've EVER been tok and I've been here since 2004. Sooo I LOVE YALL, yall are the only ones who care enough about me to help find what's wrong

The doctors seem nice but the staff needs compassion training and are really rude. My husband was overcharged and when he got his lab work done there, they were rough in drawing his blood. They also refused to post his blood work results on the portal. When I talked to a supervisor about issues we were having she basically called my husband a liar and was extremely rude. All they care about is money and do not care about their patients. Do not go to the White-Wilson in DFS!

This place is a joke. They never answer their phones and are impossible to reach. I made an appointment for bloodwork and when I arrived I was told I was checked in. The receptionist’s ( all of them) were unprofessional from the beginning. I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room before asking when I would be taken back because I had to work later on. Really liked the doctor but but my husband has been charged for a specialist visit which I had to pay enorder to make an appointment . His copay is 25 not 75 they blamed the insurance last appointment was a wellness appointment and was told no change then we get a bill. I called both times to complain did no good. They changed me for a service I never used which was a couple hundred dollars they also changed Medicare for those cost. Is this legal ? Looking for a honest office .

Changing providers immediately! Waited forever for an appointment for a couple of concerns. Then referred to another white-wilson provider for further follow-up, had to wait 3 months for appointment for consult, followed up by 3 month wait for procedure. Now they have canceled my appointments twice and rescheduled each time for another month wait. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!
