Went to the WW immediate care one week ago and was referred to the cardiologist for a wearable device and more in depth exam. After a week of waiting i finally called. The girl that answered their phone told me that yes they had the referral, offered no apology for their zero follow up and told me the next appointment would be mid April. Was seen at White-Wilson Immediate Care 6 Apr. Recieved a referral from the PA there at the IC department to see the Cardiologist. Three months later and after three follow up phone calls, I never recieved an appointment. I called the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville two weeks ago and got in to see a Doc there and have completed all my assessment tests and diagnostic exams. Should be hearing back from the Mayo Clinic soon. Still haven't heard anything from WW Cardiologist officee about an initial appointment.
