I had a very disappointing experience at this Immediate Care. When I arrived, the lobby was empty and I was quickly seated in a room. The nurse who took my vitals was not friendly at all, asked a quick question about when my symptoms started, and left. I went to White Wilson to have my son checked out and Dr.Yang was RUDE!. As a doctor I would expect them to be compassionate but I received the total opposite. My son was having issues with his genital area and Dr.Yang was rushing my son to show him the area he was having issues with. Of course my son felt uncomfortable showing someone else his area,but I kept telling my son that it was okey that he is a doctor but Mr.Yang would just keep rushing him and I disliked that so much!
I went to White Wilson clinic on North Ferdon for a random drug test. The staff there are awesome. So pleasant. Highly recommend this clinic.
Arrived at 6:30, drove from Southside Crestview because their hours say 7:00pm. Doors were locked, desk lady opened them after we pulled the door and she stated the provider left since they had no scheduled patients. I’d suggest removing your Walk-In Clinic sign if those are not wanted. Or changing your hours to what your staff plan to work.
My husband, myself and our adult son have all been treated at this location. We have never had a problem and have always been extremely pleased with the quality of care we have received. When my husband needed advanced care, the doctor called ahead to help him get seen quickly. All the staff have been friendly and professional. We are very happy to have this facility on the north side.
