If I could give this clinic less stars, I would. They cancelled all of my prescriptions during an urgent visit and refused to fix it. So I will now need to go pay for a doctor’s visit to have my rescue inhaler and asthma preventative prescriptions rewritten. An asthmatic without a rescue inhaler at the fault of their staff and they let me know there is nothing they can do to fix their mistake. Clearly aren’t in the business for caring for their patients.
If I could give this zero stars I would, I was seen going on day 3 of feeing horrible, I was sure I had a sinus infection. I saw Claire lakes the aprn and let’s just say she’s terrible at her job. Horrible bed side manner, basically told me I needed to take a Covid test and to just keep taking Sudafed (which I had been doing that) jump forward 2 days later still not better and I go to gateway medical and bam I have a sinus infection. This place is really hit or miss, but you don't really have any other options in the area. I get my labs done elsewhere though, because this place tried to make me pay full price for something my insurance definitely covered.
I always go here for labs. I am what you call a hard stick. They have a lab tech named Melanie that has never missed the first stick. And trust me I've been in the hospital and have had multiple nurses call for backup to draw my blood after torturing me with their feeble attempts. If your like me you need to come here, but ask for Melanie!!
I went in today for a DOT physical for a job that is literally life changing for me and my family. My stress level was immeasurable so my blood pressure was through the roof. To the short of it, Mitzi, my provider, and Stacie, my nurse, (plus one other nice lady who gave me a squeeze duck to help calm my nerves) were the absolute best. The staff, even the receptionist are more than just doing a job, they care and helped me more than I think they know. Thank you all. KENNETH.
