My husband, myself and our adult son have all been treated at this location. We have never had a problem and have always been extremely pleased with the quality of care we have received. When my husband needed advanced care, the doctor called ahead to help him get seen quickly. All the staff have been friendly and professional. We are very happy to have this facility on the north side.
The front desk clerk was new. I liked that she had someone she could call to walk her through the check-in process. The Nurse Practitioner who evaluated my son was thorough and friendly. The only problem was the nurse/med tech, Stacie. She freaked out because my son supposedly rolled his eyes at her when she came out front to get him. When he said he was fine until she accused him of being disrespectful, she said she wasn’t going to take it and walked out. This place really disappointed me. The receptionist really needs a whole week of training on how to talk to people. She lacks sympathy for those who don’t feel well. My main concern was my throat as I can barely swallow and it is effecting my breathing. The nurse practitioner not once looked at my throat nor checked my lymph nodes to see if they were swollen. Instead she said “probably something viral just alternate Tylenol and Motrin”. like whattttttt!!! The lack of care this office has for people is mind boggling!
I had a great experience here as I had an accident on the farm and went in Saturday morning and everyone was amazing and accommodating!! Ms. Judy has a wealth of knowledge and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I was a bit worried when I saw some of the reviews but I needed immediate care and gave them a try and I’m glad I did. I would highly recommend White-Wilson walk in clinic based on this amazing experience.
