One star because I can’t leave zero. Was told on the phone with them that they would take their last patient in 15-20 minutes (which made it around 6:20 at the latest). I arrived at 6:13 carrying my sick child and was turned away. No other patients were waiting and we had literally notified them that we’d be there. Even when I let her know we were the ones who were on the phone she still refused to see us. Literally wasted our time just so they could go home early. 2/14/26: Still amazing after all these yeats and all the changes they've had to endure. They’ve always taken care of us! Anything thing we haven’t had to wait to long! Great staff! Thanks guys!
Arrived at 6:40 and doors were already locked. Two ladies inside sitting at the front chatting. It would be nice if they actually closed when their sign said they do.
Super fast service, friendly staff.
If I could give this clinic less stars, I would. They cancelled all of my prescriptions during an urgent visit and refused to fix it. So I will now need to go pay for a doctor’s visit to have my rescue inhaler and asthma preventative prescriptions rewritten. An asthmatic without a rescue inhaler at the fault of their staff and they let me know there is nothing they can do to fix their mistake. Clearly aren’t in the business for caring for their patients.
