Very thorough and not only very professional but friendly and listens to you.
Poor experience. The receptionist violated my HIPAA rights when she called me. She didn't verify my identity nor ask me if it was okay to discuss my medical conditions; she just started blabbing, and I was unfortunately working, driving UBER/LYFT, and had Android Auto connected for hands-free service. My passenger got to hear all about my symptoms, which was quite embarrassing to me, and I'm sure uncomfortable for her. Dr. MITCH is one of the easiest man to talk to. He is so understanding.He gives you time to talk also.His office ladies are so helpful, they work with you when scheduling. I look forward to my appointments with him. He is my favorite.
Had the usually wait time of about 20 minutes. That is to be expected so the Doctor can do a through exam and to be able to discuss things with all the patients they see. If they hurry the exam they could miss something could endanger our lives. He is willing to listen and not hurry me if I am explaining how I am feeling. . He is a great Doctor and they are a good team their!
