We are blown away by the outstanding service provided by White Trash Services!! My husband and I own a small RV Park "Turtle Creek RV Park" in Palacios, Tx. and have been locked in a contract with a nation wide waste management company “Big Green”. Good customer service. I especially appreciate the $100 donation from WT to local fire departments for each new customer who signs up for service.
The driver is courteous and is careful in his job
I understand a late fee for services rendered but yall dont pick up my trash and still charge 195. On a prepaid service. I would like to cancel when is my year up?
Customer service and disposal services are great but it would be nice to be getting my money back for a 3 month credit during which I will no longer need their services. Moving this month but services are paid for through March. No refunds. They sent me a cut up trash can, which they will get back and I paid them with fully functional funds ahead of time to be told I can't have my money back. That's a trash business model.
