I dealt with white trash services several years ago and had a terrible experience. Today while dumpster shopping, I called them first. I believe that customer service means EVERYTHING. It will literally make or break you. Today when I called I got Polly. Polly was so tentative and kind. She was knowledgeable and REALLY blew me away with her customer service. If you live in Victoria, you should be doing business here. Scott and BJ Nelson are some of the most incredible people I have ever met. Any time we have an issue, all we have to do is call and talk to any one of the office staff, and we are immediately taken care of. WTS is owned and operated by Christian people who take both the trash business and their faith seriously. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Give them a call!
