We've used them for years for our residential and business properties. The drivers are always friendly and willing to work with us while we move equipment if it's ever in their way. When passing the trucks on the road, the throwers and drivers always wave and generally show a positive attitude. Any issue or question is always treated with importance by the office and is always handled in one phone call.
Thank you all for taking such good care if us! We live 8 miles out of Seadrift, in the country and were probably one of the first of your customers out here. We immediately told neighbors in the area what a top notch company you are! You are always steadfast and dependable for us. We are elderly and couldn’t do without this service. ♥️

Update. We have learned from the City Manager, WTS has changed their policy and will now load up to 2 bags as well as the totes. (See below previous discussion on this subject). As a result we have updated our review. We live in Palacios. Recently our city changed trash services to WTS. For the last 1.5 years we were very pleased with their service.
