I got bamboozled. I paid $435 dollars for their “services. This was supposed to include oven cleaning and window/blinds cleaning. No only did they do half the job I paid for, they didn’t clean any of the extras. I got a call from the “manager” 15 minutes after they were supposed to show up(9 am) stating they they had car trouble and I they would be there between 11-12. At 12:15 they showed up and began. If you are in Tarboro, NC dont waste your time because they will tell you they are coming then they want. They will send you reminders and everything then they send you an email saying you are outside of their area where they go. Apparently they dont pay attention to the addresses they are given.
They come in check in with me, visit with the dogs a minute or two, then straight to work. Many of the things they do I can not or not do easily. So with their help my house looks great in just under 4 hours once a month. I can not imagine not having them come now. Please call them and set up a time to meet.
I would highly recommend. They did a really great job. They also leav you a check list of everything that was done.

We had our hardwoods refinished and dust was everywhere. White Tie Maids came on time, were very professional and courteous. They even came back the next morning to get lingering dust! They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I would highly recommend them!
