The customer service here was top notch today. I showed up on a Friday at 5 pm (closing time according Google) and the young gentleman went above and beyond to help me as my semi was broke down in a construction zone on I64. Thank You. I will remember this for future parts and repair needs!!!
I run with a reefer trailer. I went here because my company app said this place did wash outs. They do...... but only for tanker trailers. There is a sign at the gate saying " No Wash Outs" but I didn't see it until I had committed to turning in. The yard is very small so if my tandems had not been all the way forward I would not have been able to get out. None of this is their fault. They specialize but I didn't know.
