This is the third time I had to bring my jacket there for repairs after they cannot do a simple pocket repair. I already gave them my money and now I’m just stuck with a screw up repair and I’m tired of them not understanding what I’m asking. Look at this terrible lack of an attempt to stitch a pocket correctly. I’m so mad. I need someone to fix this because I can no longer trust they are hearing me. Thank you for saving my day! I had an emergency pant rip to patch up on the way to a meeting and they did not hesitate to accommodate at 8:30am and reasonably priced.
A couple run this business. Horrible place, nasty couple. I brought in 4 pairs of jeans to be repaired NOT cleaned. I washed them already. I paid for them to be repaired. NO repair. Upon calling them the man was so unbelievably rude! Said they do not repair only dry clean. Would not refund me. After 30 minutes of repeating himself he played I don’t understand you and hung up.
