This was my second trip to this shop. The first visit, I loved the shop, however, the clerks are not very nice and I was totally ignored. Today, I decided to give them another chance..... again a lovely shop, but no change as far as customer service. I was one of 2 customers and was never greeted and was ignored even as I payed for my purchases they both continued to flaunt over the other customer. Good job ladies, I will be driving to Morris to shop Small Business.
Lovely store. Beautiful and unusual gift items. Very helpful with the Annie Sloan paint. As a small business owner I totally understand the restroom policy. Someone once let their child empty a container of soap all over the floor and made no attempt to clean it up or even notify me until the next unfortunate person ( or perhaps fortunately it was me) slipped on it. I wouldn't bring a frivolous lawsuit against myself. It is a liability issue.
I have to say I was a bit leary going to this store because of the negative reviews. My husband and I went there today for Annie Sloan paint and the intent to ask lots of questions about the processes. We were quite pleased with the customer service and willingness in answering all our questions, and we have alot of them! Everyone that came in while we were there received the same service.This store has lots of unique decor and gift ideas! I will be going back and recommend this store to everyone
I have spent over $1000 at this store, because they have cute stuff. But I went there to day after lunch with my friend. And we were bout to buy several hundreds of dollars in candela and books and jewelry and I was not allowed to use the restroom, because they do not have a public restroom. What about a restroom for paying customers???? I was told they have a changing room. Horrible customer service. I will not be going back.

Absolutely love White Street Market! The staff is beyond amazing! They are everything a small business is to be loved for! Customer service is their main priority only follwed closely by their quality merchandise! Keep up the great work!
