I am compelled to share my dissatisfaction with the service I received, echoing sentiments expressed by many recent reviewers. The construction project I am involved in is over a year delayed, and my attempts to communicate with Deborah Knight have been met with inadequate responses and a barrage of excuses. I was referred to this company through Rent To Retirement, who has since suggested alternative contractors to complete the work, which only adds to my frustration. I contracted Whitestone for a new construction single family home in 2021. For two years, trying to get updates on the project, or any sort of communication was virtually impossible. At times it felt like I was being intentionally avoided. They even tried to trick me into signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement by running it through the title company at closing. After I confronted them with proof of an over-payment they stopped all communication. I have contacted an attorney and am pursuing litigation for $95,040.75

Absolutely awful. Don't buy your investment property from them unless you don't want any communication or updates on your build. Also, still waiting almost 2 years for my investment property to be completed.
