I paid for the $10 carwash and when my car dried still in the parking lot (I was vacuuming the inside), you could still see the line of dust where my windshield wipers can't reach. It did not more to clean my car than a gentle rain. I reached out by phone and facebook message and have not received any support.
I just ran my very dirty car through the wash, and it is almost as dirty as when I started. I am very dissapointed and feel I was cheated out of $5. Sorry!

We went through last week after the snow and the triple foam didn't work, I messaged them and they got back to me immediately... they offered a free car wash and when I went to pick up the coupon, the man was very kind and took time to talk. It was great to see a company "right" something so quickly and happily! Merry Christmas

Thank you so much for letting us resolve the problem! Everything works great in freezing weather EXCEPT the triple-foam, which freezes up. We put a sign on the pay stations, but some people miss it. And of course, you still get the extra protection and blower with the Ultimate Wash, no matter if the triple-foam isn't cooperating. Thanks again for your business!
White Squirrel Car Wash did an excellent job of “de-salting” my car after all the snow. I didn’t have time to do the full blown with inside vacuuming and all but I will next time! My car looks great!

Fast, courteous service. Got my truck shining like a new penny and the inside spiffed up for a measly $20 plus tip, because these folks work their butts off. Nice sitting on the benches and making new friends while waiting, too.

Just drove through the car wash with my SUV and did a first time purchase of the full wash. Exterior wasn't wiped down bc I noticed there was still bird crap that was literally hanging on the side and interior was definitely not even touched by a cloth bc it's still very dusty on the dash and above steering wheel. At first I thought maybe it just didn't come with interior wipe down but looking on the description of the Full Service it clearly states interior wipe down.
