I have loved getting to work with Tracy Womack at White Spunner Realty. She is so incredibly knowledgable and easy to work with. Tracy is able to recommend small easy measures to help your home sell quickly. Would highly recommend her to any friend or family looking to buy or sell a home or condo.
If you fall behind on rent by 2 months they will lie that you fell behind 5 or more months to get you in court and start the eviction process so they can get you out to cover theyre own butts,and make sure you cant live anywhere else unless you got a friend who can help. They dont even deserve the one star.
We leased a building from Mike Reid at White-Spunner a couple of years ago and still reside in the same space. His service is excellent and he has been a pleasure to work with.
