As someone who leased a building from them for over a year, never had problems with them until the owners agreed to cancel my lease since the laws changed and put me out of business. They kept my 2400$ deposit and now is trying to scam me out of another 1400$ to "clean" the building. yes the invoice says they spent $3,862 on "Service Labor" to clean the building, which was full of furniture from the PREVIOUS tenant before me that passed away. Tracy is able to recommend small easy measures to help your home sell quickly. Would highly recommend her to any friend or family looking to buy or sell a home or condo.

If you fall behind on rent by 2 months they will lie that you fell behind 5 or more months to get you in court and start the eviction process so they can get you out to cover theyre own butts,and make sure you cant live anywhere else unless you got a friend who can help. They dont even deserve the one star.

We leased a building from Mike Reid at White-Spunner a couple of years ago and still reside in the same space. His service is excellent and he has been a pleasure to work with.

Good company to do business with. They’ve always been very helpful to me and quick to solve any issues or problems that may arise.
