Most Horrible HOA you will ever see. The HOA want to harass the people and make the owners life miserable here. Think twice before coming into this community. HOA is 430$ per month and still may increase.
There is no residential parking on regency side of community and can't park on the street for more than an hour or 2. COMPLETELY STUPID!! I will not be recommending this community to live in. Very inconvenient! UPDATE: now you can't even park in the street at any time! There's so much to say, but there's a special place for the HOA committee that think they don't have to answer for this.
