I made an appointment with the company. I texted the company who answered my texts and told him about the bad reviews I've read. He or she didn't even defend the company's work ethic, and bad reviews. All they said that great that I cancelled bc they have another lady who would like to take my appointment time. Haha. What a damn joke!!!
They do an amazing job. They laid out my landscape just like I wanted it. Very professional company. I had some other companies come out they only gave me a price. This company gave me a computer lay out showing me exactly how everything we going to be laid out. The plants the design of the outline of the flower bed everything. Great job. !!!
Companies will be remembered by the way they treated customers during the pandemic. This company, (White Shovel Charlotte) failed miserably! The company held my 30% deposit monies for four months. Repeatedly pushing my schedule back. Rain did play a factor in this but so did their scheduling too many projects on top of each other. When the pandemic hit I was forced to cancel the project. The Good - their designer, Bridgette, was very good and spent time with my wife coming up with ideas. She came up with a good design that we liked. It was helpful to have an expert on Alabama plants since we had just moved from Europe and were not familiar with what best to plant. The Bad - they did not plant what she designed. The designer planned for a larger type of tree that would grow to a larger size to create a privacy hedge.
