While researching a place to stay for our annual beach trip in February of this year, I came across unit 2205D at the Turquoise Place. After reading the listed reviews, I had some concerns about the unit and I emailed WhiteShores with my concerns. I was assured (I have copies of all emails to prove it) that all listed items/concerns had been fixed or replaced. Absolute lie. Phoenix 10 unit 816! Is absolutely horrible. White shores realty is very unprofessional and non caring about guest! The condo was nasty! Patio furniture old and rusty! Beds were horrible ! Sent email to white shores realty no reply ! Definitely would NOT recommend unit 816 or White Shores Realty ! They do not respond to emails or phone calls ! Pathetic is an understatement !

White Shores Realty has been a total disappointment. We rented a condo in the Turquoise in Orange Beach 1808D to be exact. Upon arriving many many things were wrong with the condo. All pictures were documented along with emails. They dodged my phone calls and e-mails about our concerns. After being so frustrated because of dirty dishes, nasty carpets, dryer not working, and many other concerns. We spent a week at the Caribe in unit D514 and we enjoyed our time immensely. This was not our first time at the Caribe, but without a doubt this unit was the cleanest and had the best furniture than all the others. The people at White Shores Realty were very helpful, especially, Chandler, who had an issue with the washer fixed on a Sunday. We will definitely want to book with them next February for the month. I book a condo reservation through White Shores Reality, LLC operating out of Gulf Shores, Alabama for 4 nights over the Memorial Day weekend 2018. My 85-year-old parents live in the same building where we were going to be staying. White Shores Realty was very easy to work with and we had the best vacation! Life at the beach and God's goodness in our life is a tremendous praise!! Our condo was clean and easy to access! I usually don't write reviews, but it seems like the same mean spirited person has written a review on social media sites that are not true about this company. We love Orange Beach/Gulf Shores and White Shores Realty!!!!
RENTERS BEWARE!!! I booked a reservation 5 months in advance for the busy summer season. My reservation was cancelled BY WHITE SHORES due to the condo I that I had booked being sold by the property owner. Due to all of their similar properties being rented already I was told they could with nothing other than refund my money. This left me with NO PLACE TO STAY! Now there are very few properties to choose from left on the rental market and I am responsible for paying additional money for the shoddy places that are left. THEY... read more
