We just spent 6 nights at White Shells and can’t recommend it enough! Kevin is a wonderful host, the house is luxurious, large, and very well-equipped, and the sunrises from the deck and front bedroom cannot be beat. This was the perfect location to explore the island - an easy drive to Flinders Chase (incredible!), Stokes Bay, Kingscote, grocery store, etc. We highly recommend visiting Kangaroo Island and staying at this gorgeous house while you are there. Have just had a wonderful stay at White Shells. The house is perfect for an extended family, providing plenty of space for communal dining and relaxing as well as privacy when needed. There were only 4 of us and it was perfect. The house is incredibly well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need and extremely clean. Sitting on the front deck, with a glass of wine and looking out on the bay was a wonderful way to finish off each day of exploring the island which included nearby Kingscote, Remarkable Rocks, Admirals ... read more
