For the third year in a row, this company has been hired by my immediate neighbour to have their windows cleaned. Each time, one of their workers does something quirky like walking all over my front yard to turn their long ladder around, raising their ladder high enough to disturb the telecommunications cables (hopefully they never touched any electric wires with it at other locations), and now they lean their ladder on my wall as if their intent is to wash my windows.
