I highly recommend Dr. White as he is very professional. You won't regret visiting his nice clean office. The staff member's are very attentive and pleasant.
Appointments never run on time. They over schedule with no regard for the waiting time of patients.
Horrible doctor. He's never available for his patients who request to see him. He has in our case neglected my mother's care which attributed to her health further declining which lead to her being hospitalized numerous times. He fails to return phone calls made to him by case managers, the patient and their family. He insist that patient be treated by PAC even when patient according to Dr. White may request to be treated by him. Dr. White is NOT a doctor I'd recommend to anyone needing care.
After being a patient for 8 years I will NEVER EVER step foot in Dr. White's office again! This started when I went in on December 19, 2016. Max Smith PAC thought I was having a urinary tract infection. I complied and did the urinary test. He told me it was positive for infection. I started the antibiotics he gave me. A few days later a nurse calls me back and told me I do not have an infection. I then receive a bill later on from Ensign Family Medicine, and on the bill there was a pregna
The office is not professional. I called to see Dr. White and they wanted to put me in with a PA. I explained I want to see an MD and they couldn't make an appointment at all for me. Why are you saying you will take new patients if you are making them see a PA?
dr white is great but his staff when you call nobody and I mean nobody returns your calls this has happened more than 3 times, they should be ashamed of them selves just today first thing in the morning called left message for his pa nobody returned call
Dr. White and his entire staff have been the best. Having someone who listens is invaluable. Very professional, kind, and have bent over backwards to help me. Could not ask for a better Dr.
