I love this facility. They are so compassionate and good at what they do ! They just make you feel your at home when your there hanging out with your best friend ! You all are awesome !!
I'm so blessed to be under the excellent care of the Physical Therapists at White Sands Physical Therapy and Aquatics in Sarasota for my torn rotator cuff from earlier in the year. I started in the warm water pool and now have graduated to land exercises. My mobility is improving greatly under their excellent care and guidance. I highly recommend their unparalleled knowledge and skill.
John Sutherland is the only one who is able to take my neck, back and hip away. I highly recommend White Sands for pain relief
I have only been going for a few weeks now but I am already noticing less pain in my lower back, sacral area & sciatica. Everyone gets their very own therapist that works with them the entire time. I also have Fibromyalgia & It is also wonderful for Fibromyalgia. I do believe they have a 2 days a week pool program only. Being in the warm water makes it so easy to move around, get much needed exercise & increase your body strength painlessly while being supported by the warm water in a quite serene environment.
