We checked in at about 6pm on Thursday June 18th. First experience after getting somthing to eat was that I started having issues logging into the Wifi, so I called the front desk and was immidiately put on hold. I waited from 8:02pm to 8:18 before I decided to just go down to the front desk (Which was about 10 seconds from my room anyway) wouldn't you believe it, the front desk lady was just sitting there laughing with people she knew in the lobby. It's a budget-friendly property by a highly respected hotel brand (Hilton), so I appreciate it for what it is. However, this location seems to be understaffed. Jameii at the front desk was amazing during check-in, even though it was obvious she needed a wingman working alongside her to speed up the process. A long line of guests checking in during summer travel is not her fault; I fault senior management. Get her some help! This was the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. We book the studio room with the kitchen. This is the first one that didn’t have pots or pans in it. Then we sat on the bed and it was broken.so we went down stairs to the front deck and They said they would get maintenance to come look at it. They never came. We never got house keeping. We were there for a week. I had to go down stairs and get a broom and dust pan from the front desk. I had to get sheets from the front desk as well. The guest above us stopped all night.
