Room was spacious, that was about it. In 35 years I've never once been denied extra pillows. Ever. Generally I travel with my own but for this particular vacation we flew and had a toddler so extra pillows wasn't an option. The mattress was so uncomfortable that I could barely walk the next morning, and one side was so noisy that it would wake everyone up if you moved. There was a dead bug on the floor. They threw away our clothes. Roach in bathroom and mold on ceiling
Over all the room was nice but the hot water felt like it was out the night before we left it was kinda warm but not warm enough then yesterday morning I wanted to take a bath before check out and let the water run for a while and it didnt even think about getting warm. After being out in the sun/beach er all wanted a good shower/bath and werent able to this was room 301.
