We’ve been members over 4 years with direct deposit and our home loan (no late payments). They wouldn’t cash a $100 CASHIERS check from a friend and wanted to hold it 5 days! We told them hell no. They refused to discuss in private and made us discuss at the teller. We’re closing out our account. They treat us like crooks. The have too many fees where other banking institutions don’t charge. They don’t value great customers. Buh bye!
Used to love it, but will be looking elsewhere. They are NOT member oriented, very greedy board members who forgot who support them.
